After you create a Group Event, the system will prompt you to continue to the Calendar to set the time the event will take place and its occurrence.
Note - Clients will be able to see the event on your Client Portal service menu if you allowed it, but available times will be offered to the client only after you have added the event to your calendar.

Adjust Start and End Date & Time
Create an Event Occurrence
From the left navigation bar, select Calendar.
You can add an occurrence in 2 ways.
- Select Schedule New > Group event.
- On the calendar select the date for the first occurrence and select box for the start time slot (or the appropriate hour's slots) and choose Group Event from the drop-down menu.
Select the desired Event from the service list.
Adjust the Start Date & Time and End Date & Time, if needed.
Make an Event Reoccurring
You can make events reoccurring by selecting, does not repeat, next to Event details.
In the pop-up box, toggle the switch over to Repeat.
Set how often the service will repeat for this series.
Select which days the event will occur.
Select the end date for the event series.
Note - Even if you set an event to repeat, it will not automatically add each client to each occurrence if the client is requesting the event. The client will need to sign up for each particular occurrence separately. However, the business owner/organizer may manually choose to invite a client to all events by editing a specific scheduled event set on the calendar.
Assign Event to Staff Member
From the drop-down, select the staff member that will host the event.
Customize Event Settings
The prep time, max attendees, event fee, and type are taken from the event settings on the service menu. However, if needed, you can adjust it per occurrence.
- Customize the Prep time and the Max Attendance
Select the arrow next to Location & Price to adjust the location and price of the event. You can also adjust if the event fee can be collected online and if it is required upfront.
Make an Event Invitation-only
Upon checking this option, only clients with the unique registration link will be able to register for the event. This link will provide a sign-up for that specific time/date occurrence.
Each occurrence will have its own unique link that you can share with your clients (even if the invitation-only option was not checked). The link will be created after the Schedule Event setting is saved. Just click on the specific occurrence to view the Invitation link.
Select Create to save changes.
Now let's get the word out by inviting your clients to your event! Need to manually register clients for your event, check out this guide.
