View Subscription Details

Select the profile icon and choose Settings.

Select My Account.

Select View subscription details to view the current plan, contact limit, and user count.

To upgrade the Keap edition, add users, or increase the contact limit, select the Edit Subscription button.

Upgrade the Keap Edition

Select the Change button and choose the edition to upgrade to.

Add Contacts and Users

Select the Add contacts and users button.

Select which items to add — additional contacts, additional users, or both.

Select the Add button.

If adding additional contacts, enter the number of contacts to add.

Review the additional cost displayed next to each added item.

Remove Contacts and Users
The quantity of additional contacts or users purchased can be reduced using the steps below. To completely remove all additional contacts or users from the subscription, contact Keap support.

Edit the number of contacts or users in the subscription editor.

Select Update.

Update Billing Address and Contact Information
Select Update account details or Update billing address on the My Account page to update the billing contact information or billing address on file.

Update a Credit Card or Add a New One
Note: If a credit card has been declined, the primary card on file can be updated, or a new card can be added and set as the primary or backup payment method. When a new card is added, Keap will retry the most recent failed payment. Keap automatically retries failed charges on the following schedule after the initial declined due date: 2, 4, 8, 15, and 31 days.

Select Payment method details.

Select an existing card to update it, or select Add new to add a new card.

What happens when a credit card charge is declined?
When a payment is declined, Keap automatically retries the charge at 2, 4, 8, 15, and 31 days after the initial declined due date. Adding or updating the primary card on file triggers an immediate retry of the most recent failed payment.
Are upgrades prorated?
Yes. Upgrading a Keap edition mid-billing cycle results in a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period.
