How to Access Your Keap Invoices
To view and download your subscription invoices, follow these steps. You will need to be logged in to your Keap account.
- Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of your Keap account followed by "Settings".
- Click My account.
- Click View subscription details.
- Click View billing history.
If You Cannot Find View Billing History
If you are logged in and cannot see the View billing history option, you may not be the billing admin on the account.
The billing admin for your Keap subscription is the account owner responsible for the subscription itself. This is separate from your user role inside the Keap app — being set as an admin inside Keap does not automatically make you the billing admin for the subscription. If you are not the billing admin, the View billing history option will not appear regardless of your app permissions.
App user permissions inside Keap control access to your contacts, billing, and other features within the product. They are a separate system from Keap subscription billing and cannot be used to grant access to subscription invoices.
