Easily add or sell a product to a client directly from the client card without creating an invoice.

Add/Sell Product

To add/sell a product to a client you must have the product listed in the my products section in settings. Only one product can be added at a time. To add multiple products, create a new invoice.

To add a product to a client, navigate to the client card.

In the top menu, select new.

From the dropdown, select add product.

Next, pick a product from the drop-down and add tax if applicable.

Then select Add or Add & take payment.

Add

If you select to add the product without taking payment immediately, you’ll be directed to a product screen with an option to take payment or create an invoice.

The product will appear with pending status.

Once payment has been taken, the product will be listed under the payments received tab in the client card

If you select to add & take payment, you’ll be directed to a product screen with an option to  view payment or view conversation

You can also select to view product, which will show you the details of the product from the my products section in settings. {link to my products}

Track payments from products

Navigate to the invoice and bookings tab. In the left-hand menu, using the filters, select products.

Offer products as part of a package

You can offer products in addition to the list of services (booking credits) included in a package.

• The calculated total price will include products added, with taxes.
• Up to 3 different products can be added to a package, with a quantity of up to 5 items per each

The client-package page will display the list of products included in the package under the credits section

The package page in the client portal will include the list of products offered as part of the package, as extras/perks

To add a product to a package, navigate to the coupons & packages section in settings.

Select the package you’d like to add products to.

Scroll down to the offer add-ons as part of this package.

Select the X to toggle this feature on. 

• Select the product you'd like to add. 

• Set the amount (quantity) of the product that will be used for the package. 

The price of the product is automatically added to the price of the package.

Use the set package price to make any adjustments to accommodate for the additional product charge.  

Select Save at the top right to save your changes.
