Thryv® helps you save time by providing you with the ability to add multiple documents at one time.
Thryv Documents can accept most common file types such as text documents, spreadsheets, pdfs, images, gifs & zip files.
File types that Thryv cannot accept are video files, executable files, HTMLfiles as well as video, audio, mp4, ogg, .html, .xhtml, .htmlx, .dhtml, .jhtml, .phtml, .rhtml, .zhtml, .mhtml, .js, .css, .sass, .scss
However, if you can compress your files into a zip file folder, you can upload the zip file to your Documents section.

From your Thryv menu bar, choose Documents:
Next, select Upload To My Documents, located under My Documents to the right of the page:
In the following window, select Click Here to Upload Files or Drop Your Files Here:
Whether you are using a Mac or a PC, your file options will appear in a pop-up window. On a Mac, hold down the Command button and click on the multiple files with your mouse to select your documents that you'd like to upload in bulk. On a PC, hold down the CTRL button to select your multiple files with your mouse. Then click Open/Choose.
Once selected, your bulk documents will appear in a list under My Documents, where you can click the pencil icon to change the document title and description, the envelope/link icon to grab the link to the document or send the document via email within your Thryv, or the tridots to remove the document or view it fully in a new browser window.
From the Client Portal
Your clients can also upload multiple documents to share with your business via the Client Portal.
From the client zone, your customer will select Documents. The following screen will appear:
Your customer will have the ability to click on the to upload their documents to share with you, add a personalized message and click Upload.
When you look up your customer in Thryv, their multiple documents will appear under Conversations. See the below image for a preview:
