Why Upload Documents in Bulk in Thryv Business Center
Uploading documents one at a time slows you down when you need to share contracts, photos, or files with multiple customers. Thryv Business Center™ lets you upload multiple documents at once directly from your computer, so you can organize and share files with customers faster and keep everything in one place. Customers can also upload documents to share with you through the Client Portal, so you never have to chase files over email.
Supported and Unsupported File Types for Document Uploads
Thryv Business Center accepts most common file types for document uploads, including text documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, GIFs, and ZIP files.
Thryv Business Center does not accept video files, audio files, executable files, or web files. Specific unsupported file extensions include: .mp4, .ogg, .html, .xhtml, .htmlx, .dhtml, .jhtml, .phtml, .rhtml, .zhtml, .mhtml, .js, .css, .sass, and .scss.
If you need to upload a file type that is not supported, compress the files into a ZIP folder first and upload the ZIP file to your Documents section. Thryv Business Center accepts ZIP files regardless of the contents inside.
