- How much information you are tracking about your customers
Actions you can take from this report

The client card completion metric is especially valuable because it gives insight into how much information your staff is collecting when adding clients, or how much of your intake forms clients are filling out. If this metric is low, consider making more fields required so that you can gather more data about your customers to be able to serve them better.
- To balance the load for your staff members, re-assign appointments as needed
- If a certain customer segment seems to spend less than others, consider targeting them with an announcement relevant to that audience.
