1. Click on New
2. Click on Invoice
3. Select or create your client
4. Set the billing information and add line items to your invoice as normal

5. Click on Terms & notes
6. Type the note to your client
This note will appear in the email that is sent containing the invoice before the client opens it. It will appear on the downloaded PDF as well.
7. Click on Send
