How to Access Thryv Reporting Center
To access Thryv Reporting Center, click the nine-dot app launcher icon in the top-left corner of the page. In the menu that opens, click Reporting Center.
Once inside Thryv Reporting Center, three tabs appear across the top of the Reports page: Prebuilt, My Reports, and Shared with me. Use these tabs to navigate between your different report types. Below the tabs, product filter buttons appear for each Thryv product you have access to, such as Thryv Business Center. Products with an active subscription display a green Active badge next to the product name.
How to View and Use Prebuilt Reports
Prebuilt reports are ready-to-use reports that Thryv Reporting Center automatically creates for you, organized by product. To view prebuilt reports for a specific product, click the Prebuilt tab, then click the product name whose reports you want to review. The selected product highlights in blue and its prebuilt report tiles appear below. You must have an active subscription to a product to view its prebuilt reports.
To open a specific prebuilt report, click its tile. The report opens and displays all of its included metrics, each shown as an individual tile. The metrics inside a prebuilt report are fixed and cannot be removed or replaced. To modify which metrics a report tracks, click Duplicate at the top of the report. Thryv Reporting Center saves a copy to your My Reports tab as a custom report that you can edit freely.
How to Create and Manage Custom Reports
Custom reports let you choose exactly which metrics to track and combine data from different Thryv features into a single view. To see all of your custom reports, click the My Reports tab. Each report tile shows the report name, the staff member who created it, the date it was created, and whether the report is set to Private.
To open an existing custom report, click its tile. From inside the report you can edit the report or share it with a staff member. To start a new custom report, click New Report in the top-right corner of the My Reports page. For a complete walkthrough of building a custom report from scratch, see How to Create a New Custom Report in Thryv Reporting Center.
How to Adjust the Data Displayed in Any Report
Whether you are viewing a prebuilt or custom report, you can control how data is displayed for each metric by changing the chart type or adjusting the date range.
How to Change the Chart Type for a Metric
To change how a metric is displayed, click the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the metric tile. In the dropdown that appears, click Change Chart.
A window labeled Change Chart opens displaying six chart type options. Each option includes a description of when to use it. Select the chart type that fits your data, then click Continue. The metric tile updates to display your data in the newly selected format.
How to Change the Date Range for a Report or Metric
To update the date range for every metric in a report at once, click the Master Date Range dropdown at the top of the report page. The following options are available: 7D (7 days), MTD (month to date), 4W (4 weeks), 12W (12 weeks), and 6M (6 months). The selection applies to all metric tiles in the report simultaneously.
To change the date range for a single metric only, click the date range selector at the top of that metric tile. A dropdown appears with the following options: Custom date range, Last 7 days, Month to date, Last 4 weeks, Last 12 weeks, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, and Last 24 months. Selecting Custom date range opens a calendar where you can set a specific start and end date. Click Apply to confirm your selection. Changes made at the tile level affect only that metric and do not update the rest of the report.
