1. Start from Dashboard

2. Click on Online Presence

3. Click on Listings Management from the dropdown menu

4. Click on Connect to GMB

This will open a pop up window

5. Click on Sign in with Google

Once you are signed in, select the verified listing you would like to sync, click "Continue " on the bottom right side of the page and it will be connected to your Thryv listings. You can now close this window and navigate back to your Thryv. When you refresh the Listings Management page, you will no longer see the orange "Connect to GMB" button. The Google listing will be reflected in the listings within 24 hours.
