I have a duplicate deposit on my account for the same payments and it also looks like the payments were duplicated in both deposits.

Is there a way to set a specific time for Thryv to connect to Quickbooks Desktop?  It wants to run while I'm working which makes it utterly impossible to use QB during the connection.
