Need for custom values in Source/Ability to edit Source on Contact records and a proper Thryv Business Center API Reference

We are trying to utilize Zapier to add our Zoom Phone call logs to customer records, I see that the source and source_URL parameters are available to us via the Create Client Zapier action, but there is little to no documentation on what values are acceptable. When I enter a custom value such as "Incoming Phone Call" the value is overridden and it simply enters "Initiated by staff".
Being able to enter custom values here would be great to better utilize the Zapier integrations and define where these entries are coming from.
Additionally if a contact is incorrectly labeled, it would be helpful to be able to edit these "Source" values from their contact card.
Kind of a second request but it would be really nice to see actual API documentation released for Thryv Business Center as it seems there might be more undocumented functionality that could be unlocked via Zapier or custom applications but we are flying blind here, even using the supported canned integrations.

We don't currently support a way to customize the source_URL, however, I will ensure your feedback is added to our Feedback Center so that the request is communicated to our dev team and we can gauge interest from other users. If there are any updates to the request, including if it is added to our roadmap, you will automatically be notified via email. I will also have the team review the support documentation to ensure it is fully up to date.
