Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way to download the list of people who clicked on a certain email we have sent?

  Hi Michelle,

  You sure can! When viewing the announcements dashboard, scroll to the announcement you want to view and click "View Stats". This will show you the engagement breakdown of that specific campaign. Select "Clicked" to filter to customers who interacted with your action item in the message or select "Viewed" for those that opened the message. From there, you can select the export button (top right) to obtain a CSV version.

  Thanks!  I missed the tiny export icon in the upper right corner.  It might be helpful to make it larger for future use for those new to Thryv.
