Help with program not working
I just got off line with a rep who did not even understand the system or recognize the signature page. With what we pay for this service, I want someone who can direct me with the program.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. I saw that you had gotten re-connected with Thryv Support and they have opened a ticket for you since the issue was not resolved with usual troubleshooting methods. Our dev team confirmed that it has been received and it is currently being looked into. They should have another update for you soon.
