My new client forms

When I fill out new client form,

there is a shadow address and name  not belonging to new client

  Hi Chris,

  I looked at your account and it looks like some of the fields were renamed from "First Name" to an actual name. This can be viewed and edited under Settings > Client & Contact Info. If you are wanting to simply rename the field, hovering over the line will show a pencil (edit) icon.
