Setting up email in my account

I have service with you, and I see I was able to get email service as well. How do I go about doing that?

  Also, can I use an email from Rackspace I want to transfer over?

  Hi Thomas,

  To get started with a Domain Based Email (DBE), we recommend reaching out to our URL Management team. They can help start the process and answer any questions you may have along the way. 

  Regarding transferring an email, sometimes emails can be migrated from an old provider to a DBE but its not always a 100% one for one transfer. The URL Management team can take a look at your current set up and advise on the best way to migrate the information over to your new email.
