Groups Tab under the contacts
Yesterday, I had access to our group's tab within my Company. One of my colleagues uploaded more contacts last night and created more groups, and today, I can't see the contacts uploaded or even reach the groups tab at all. It is simply just not on my screen. Why has this happened? How can I fix this? I tried talking to the AI Bot, but no help.

Typically, this can be caused by either the user permissions being changed or due to browser caching. To check the user permissions, I have linked our guide here
If no changes were made to the permissions, the next step would be to clear your cache/cookies. The specific steps can depend on the browser you use, but you want to ensure that you are clearing cookies and other site data as well as cached images and files and that the timeframe is set for All time (or similar). Once this is done, close out of your browser completely then try to re-open and login to your software to see if it resolved the issue.If the issue still persists after checking the above, we recommend contacting support to have them investigate the issue for you.
