Ask Thryv support whether they can reassign the existing document URL to a new PDF

I deleted a link in my documents to a file that is printed in a QR code i've printed hundred of these and now the link doesn't work 

When you message them, include:

• The original document URL
• That the file was deleted
• Your request to reassign that URL to a new PDF 

They can review whether that type of change is possible.

  The document links are auto-generated and unfortunately cannot be manually changed. If the QR code you use allows you to change the destination URL it sends your customers to, we recommend re-uploading the document and editing the QR code to direct the user to the new URL.
