    Hey Sarah,

    Sorry to hear you're running into this issue!

    Just a couple things to keep in mind that commonly cause this:

    • Thryv Pay is currently available in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If any payment attempts are coming from outside of those countries, that could be the reason for the error.
    • If you or your customers are using a VPN, please make sure it’s turned off when trying to process payments, as this can also cause issues.

    If you’ve checked both of those and you’re still running into issues, no worries at all. I just shot you an email to grab a few more details so we can get a ticket opened and look into this further.
