    Hey Cassandra,

    So sorry to hear that! Here are a few things to check:

    1. Ensure they're accessing the portal from the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
    2. Ensure the client(s) are not connected to a VPN
    3. Have them clear their cache and cookies, then try again
    4. Make sure they're using Chrome or Firefox (Microsoft Edge is not supported)
