Client Portal
My clients are not able to access the client portal to respond to a request or complete documents I requested they complete. Do they need to download the program?

So sorry to hear that! Here are a few things to check:
1. Ensure they're accessing the portal from the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
2. Ensure the client(s) are not connected to a VPN
3. Have them clear their cache and cookies, then try again
4. Make sure they're using Chrome or Firefox (Microsoft Edge is not supported)If none of that works, please contact Thryv Support with the device type and browser they're using and we'd be happy to look into it further!
