completed items for signature

I sent our completed forms for signature, but the status still shows as open and needs a signature in the program. ( only one party signed).

  Thanks for reaching out!
  
  The form will continue to show as Open until all parties have signed. Once everyone has signed, the status will automatically update!
  
  In the meantime, you can manually send a reminder to the remaining signer(s) directly through Thryv. It's also worth noting that Thryv automatically sends daily reminders to any outstanding signers on your behalf as well!
