    Hey Damian,

It looks like the campaigns were blocked due to a previous campaign having a high bounce rate.

What does this mean? To put it simply, it means too many emails you have sent "bounced." A bounce occurs when a customer's email server rejects your campaign. This could happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Misspelled email addresses
    • The email address is no longer valid
    • Security settings on the part of the customer's email provider
    • The customer marking your email as SPAM

To prevent this from happening in the future, we recommend "scrubbing" your email list. Click Here for our full article on Bounce Rates, and Click Here for a full guide on how to remove (or the industry term is "scrub" bounced emails).

With that being said, we have removed the error and you should be able to send messages normally now.

    Thanks!
