    Great question. At this time, invoices cannot be edited after they have been marked as paid.

    As a workaround, you can add the VIN number to the client record, then open the original invoice and select Copy Invoice to create a new version. From there, include the VIN and manually mark the new invoice as paid so it reflects the correct information needed by the insurance company.

    That said, we definitely see the value in this functionality and have shared your feedback for consideration in future updates.
