Thanks for reaching out!
It looks like your campaigns were temporarily placed on hold due to a high bounce rate.
What does this mean? To put it simply, it means too many emails you’ve sent “bounced.” A bounce is when the customer’s email server rejects your campaign. This can happen for a number of reasons, including:
- Misspelled email addresses
- The email address is no longer valid
- Security settings on the recipient’s email provider
- The customer marking your email as spam
That said, your campaigns have now been reset on our end, so you should be good to go.
