Sam Hassan payment status?

We received no notification of Sam's payment but the status says "payment processing". Not sure what's going on.

  Thanks for raising this. Upon review, it appears that Sam's payment was made via direct bank transfer (ACH).
  
  When a payment is made via ACH, it will show as "Payment processing" until the funds fully clear, which can take anywhere between 7 – 10 business days.
  
  To clarify, could you confirm whether you usually receive a notification when a payment is marked as “processing”? This will help us determine if what you’re seeing is expected behavior or if further review is needed.
