What happened to the live help/chat?

I need information to pass along to a customer and can't find out why our customers have had an ONGOING issues with making payments through THRYV PAY.

  I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. I am not seeing any reported issues with Live chat being accessible on my end and should be available now. When you try to access it, is it completely gone or do you get an error? This can help us determine how to troubleshoot best.

  The bar is back now. Glad I could help. However, I  have many, many customers tell us they can't pay us through Thryv Pay. Someone said you don't accept debit cards. Is that true?

  We do accept any cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX (including debit cards). I recommend getting in touch with the ThryvPay team to review the clients who are having issues with processing a payment. They should be able to track down any attempted transactions and see where/why it failed.
