Thryv payment
I have a person who says he sent in payment for our Spring Chamber Craft Sale this early this morning, but it still says pending. Another person just tried to pay online and she said the Site says please try again each time. Is there something hung up because of the first transaction this morning?

- Upon reviewing the payment in question, and it appears the customer paid via ACH (bank transfer). ACH payments typically take 7 - 10 business days to fully process, so what you’re seeing is expected. - Based on the above, it is unlikely the second issue is related. For troubleshooting, we recommend the end customer:
- Clear their cache and cookies (all time)
- Make sure their internet browser is fully up to date
- Confirm they are not using a VPN
- Ensure they are accessing from the United States, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand, as some Thryv functionality is limited in countries where we do not currently operate
