    This typically occurs when no-reply@thryv.com and reply@thryv.com are marked as spam or when the email server marks it as spam automatically. To resolve, both of these emails would need to be whitelisted in your email settings.

    Okay, well I get the initial email for when potential clients submit a request, its when they respond I'm not getting any emails.

    Hey there! Totally understand and its definitely a weird situation. The main issue is that your email server is not consistently delivering the emails from our system to you, which is why we would need to make sure both emails are whitelisted in your email settings. By doing this, most deliverability issues are resolved.
