Error
I continue to get this error. It was suppose to be fixed. The email address that is listed in the ribbon is correct. I get first initial request, when a potential client responds back to what I have sent I am not getting those responses which could cause delay in return response. This needs fixed asap.

This typically occurs when no-reply@thryv.com and reply@thryv.com are marked as spam or when the email server marks it as spam automatically. To resolve, both of these emails would need to be whitelisted in your email settings.

Okay, well I get the initial email for when potential clients submit a request, its when they respond I'm not getting any emails.

Hey there! Totally understand and its definitely a weird situation. The main issue is that your email server is not consistently delivering the emails from our system to you, which is why we would need to make sure both emails are whitelisted in your email settings. By doing this, most deliverability issues are resolved.
