Social Calendar post
I am trying to post to my social calendar as per normal but it keeps on saying their is an error.
Can you help me with this please or give me suggestions to check on

Hi Dawn,
There are a couple of things that could be causing the error, but most commonly we see:
- Scheduling content "in the past" - double check the date/time to ensure its set for a future date
- Scheduling content to platforms that dont support the attached media - This may cause an error if you try to schedule a post with media that doesnt align with a specific platform (ex: scheduling a text only post to Youtube)
- Failed post - if you are referring to a post that appears in red with an error icon, you can click on the post itself to see what caused it not to publish correctly.
Could you share what the error tells you when you try to schedule or post? This can help us narrow down what may be happening.

Hi Christine,Thanks for your email - none of the above apply, as trying to schedule for tonight at 6.30pm as I normally do.I had taken a screen shot but cannot copy it but if you can give me your email address to reply, I can send it to you - and even if I just put a couple of xxx on a post on the social calendar for a post in the future this error still comes up.I have tried refreshing my Thryv dashboard but that hasn't changed the error message.I need this urgently sorted please, as need to post tonight for our clearance sale.0

Hi Christine - can someone zoom in if you can't get onto my social calendar as need this to be working. I have logged right off and come back in but still will not post
