Thryv business center scheduling platform keeps logging out and will not allow me to log back in.
If I click on an appointment, it logs me out and prompts me to refresh. When I refresh, it will not allow me to log in. My password program also prompts me to save this new password but it already has my password and login for it. It is as if it is a new website that I am trying to log into. This has been going on for months. I have cleaned all my cookies and caches several times and it still does this. It does this on Google chrome and safari. This is very inconvenient, as when I am on the phone with a customer and trying to schedule or look up something about their pas appointments, I have to close the page, open a new page and keep trying to log in until it lets me. I am considering just going back to handwriting my schedule as I do not have to wait for pen and paper to load.
