Adding an admin to my accout
I have the ability to add managers, etc, support people to my account, and have tried doing that, but the admin person isn't getting any sort of email to access or set up access.
Please help.

Hi Emma,
I saw that Thryv Support was able to determine the issue was due to a typo on the email saved on the staff account. Just wanted to confirm if this was resolved!
