    I can now login, but still having issues.

    I logged in and set up a new customer with no problems

    I filled out an invoice and when I hit send, I got a notice pop-up That said There is a problem. Either refresh or log out. 

    If I refresh, I get the same message.

    If I exit out, reopen the page, and log back in, I can re-enter the invoice (customer info is still there, but invoice is gone) and when I hit send the same problem occurs again.

    Hey Robert,

    Does the issue continue after clearing cache/cookies? Im suspecting the browser is just needing a small "re-do" after the login glitch earlier today.

    When clearing cache, ensure the following:

    • Ensure the Time range is set for All Time and that you have both check boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files selected. Then click Delete Data

     

    Once the cache is cleared, close out of all browser tabs, reopen the browser and login to Thryv again. Please let me know if this helps at all.
