Refund

Hello,

I refunded a client $1700 on December 15th, but when I check my payments received for this month, it does not show as a refund, but does show another refund that was given yesterday.

Can you please tell me why this transaction does not show?

  Thanks for your post Laurie! I can confirm that the refund is appearing in your ThryvPay reporting, but is not appearing in your payments received. We'll investigate and let you know when we're able to fix this, thank you!

  Looking at this closer, the refund actually is appearing in the Payments Received screen. The refund was made from a payment that was made in March, so the refund appears in March, even though it was done more recently. When searching the refund you'll need to find the record of the original payment.
