How do you add monthly late fees to invoices?
As the title says, is there a way to add late fees for multiple months of non-payment in a row?
Example: If a customer owes $100 on the first of the month, and the late fee is $15 per month for non-payment, can the system automatically add a late fee EVERY month?
I notice it does add a late fee, but only ONCE and that's it. Regardless if the customer continues not to pay.
For my example, on month 1 (30 days) of non-payment, the balance would be $115. Then for another 30 days of nonpayment, it should go up to $130 because another late fee would be added on the first of each month, as an example.
Thanks.

Hi Alvaro,
Great question!
At this time, Thryv applies a late fee once when an invoice becomes overdue, but it does not automatically apply recurring monthly late fees for continued non-payment.
As a workaround, you can set reminders on the client record to manually apply an additional late fee each month the invoice remains unpaid. This helps ensure the charge is added consistently on a monthly basis.
That said, your use case makes perfect sense, and we really appreciate the feedback. I’ve documented this internally so the team can review it for consideration in future updates.
In the meantime, please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with!0
