    Hi Brittney, 

    I opened a ticket to our devs to have this looked at for you. Typically, when we see this error it means there is some kind of issue with the email itself. This could be due to a number of reasons (issues with the domain host, email cant receive messages, etc.). With your domain being hosted by another provider, I am asking our team to confirm why this error may be triggered. As soon as I hear back from them, I will be sure to update you!

    Hi Brittney,

    I was able to get an update for you! It looks like this is triggered when an email server automatically marks our email as spam or when a user mistakenly marks it as such. To resolve, you would need to whitelist both no-reply@thryv.com and reply@thryv.com in your email settings. Once this is done, the email host you use should start delivering messages normally.
