How can I Change an invoice to an estimate - or is that possible without typing all new

  Hey Chad!

  Currently, the software only allows you to convert an estimate to an invoice, but not the other way around. In this scenario, a new estimate would need to be created.

  Thank you - I also have some ?’s on sending annoucements - I send out an announcement to the entire database for scheduling maintenace

  What I need to do is - take the customers who have scheduled OUT of the next annoucement ( I want the next annoucement to go to all the remainging customers who have not scheduled and give them another opportunity - I like to do this at least 4 times

  Any help ?

  When sending an announcement, you can send to specific tags. By tagging these customer with a unique tag, you can then choose to only send to that group of people you've grouped together.
