    Hi Daniel,

I reviewed your account and it looks like your campaign on 11/14 triggered a high bounce rate.

What does this mean? To put it simply, it means too many emails you have sent "bounced." A Bounce is when the customer's email server rejects your campaign. This could happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Misspelled email addresses
    • The email address is no longer valid
    • Security settings on the part of the customer's email provider
    • The customer marking your email as Spam

To prevent this from happening in the future, we recommend "scrubbing" your email list. Click Here for our full article on Bounce Rate, and Click Here for a full guide on how to remove (or the industry term is "scrub" bounced emails).

I have requested for your campaigns to be unblocked. I will update you here when I receive confirmation that it has been completed.

    Thank you!
