Can can I copy an external email to a conversation

  Hey Andy,

  Yes! You should be able to copy text from other sources to paste in a conversation. Were you having any trouble with this at all?

  Hi Christina - I had a conversation with your customer service team yesterday, and I learned that what I wanted does currently not work.

  I issue estimates with a 50% deposit and had the situation where the mother of the bride wants to pay the deposit but she is. Ot the primary contact . So I was hoping to cc her on the estimate which currently is not possible. I know that on invoices a cc can be added. It would be nice to be able to do the same on estimates. Instead I learned a cumbersome workaround where I take the payment from her separately and the assign it to estimate.

  Can a cc option be added to estimates, please?

  Im sorry to hear that you were facing this issue in the software. Currently, there is not a way to cc on estimates in the same way invoices can. However, we have received feedback on this from other users and are gauging interest from our clients on it through the Feedback Center. I will ensure you are added to that request so that you can receive updates on it, including if it is added to our roadmap.
