Hi Randy,
This error show when you have a high bounce rate after sending an announcement. A bounce rate can happen for many reasons, but essentially means that the message you tried to send the recipient could not be delivered. When theres a high enough percentage of bounced recipients in one campaign, the system will provide the error above to protect your account from being flagged by the email servers. When this happens, our team will need to manually clear this on your behalf.
I have opened a ticket to our team to have this resolved for you. I will update the post here as soon as I receive confirmation that its been completed.
In the meantime, I recommend reviewing the bounced emails and scrubbing (removing or correcting) the contacts. This will help ensure that you prevent the error from happening again.
