    Im sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the app. I understand you have tried to troubleshoot with no success. For us to better understand what may be causing the issue, could you confirm if you've checked the following:

    • Mobile device is fully up to date
    • App has been uninstalled, device restarted, then reinstalling app
    • Checking if issue persists on both data and wifi
