    Hi Aaron!

    To confirm, were you wanting to show these two windows on the scheduler and your clients have that 4 hour timeframe to expect their appointment or is the service itself 4 hours?

    If the service is 4 hours, ensure it has that as the service duration and that your calendar availability starts at 8a. The software should automatically only show two available slots in your online scheduling.

    If you prefer your clients to pick a time window on their end (but the appointment is not 4 hours)- there isnt a specific setting for this, but you can set an arrival window to all services, specific services, or an individual appointment. The arrival window always starts at the specified appointment time, but it will be included when your clients book and receive reminders.
    Ex: Appointment scheduled for 10a and service has a 2 hour arrival window. The client will receive an estimated arrival time of 10a-12p.
