why is my account flagged?

Hi Chris/Margaret,
This error appears when your previous campaign had a high bounce rate. This can occur for multiple reasons, but commonly is due to a percentage of recipients were not able to receive the email or it was marked as spam.
To clear the error, we have to open a ticket to our devs so they can manually remove it from your account. I have opened a ticket on your behalf and am waiting on their confirmation that it has been completed. If this happens in the future, our Thryv Support team can be reached 24/7 at 844.998.4798 or support@thryv.com.
Once this error is cleared, we recommend tagging the recipients who show as bounced in your last campaign and either remove them from future campaigns or confirm the email in the software is correct. This will help prevent the error from occurring again. I am linking our guide here on how to do this.
