    Hi Candy,

    Most commonly, increased loading speeds are due to the browser's cache/cookies storing a lot of data. To combat this, we recommend clearing out cache/cookies to determine if that is causing the issue. If you would like a guide on how to do this, just let me know the browser you use and I am more than happy to get that to you!

    When doing this, its important to follow specific steps to ensure it is being cleared thoroughly:

    • Select the Advanced tab (If using Chrome)
    • Ensure time range is "All time" or "Everything"
    • Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", then delete the data
    • Once it is done, close out all browser tabs. Re-open and login to your Thryv software to see if the issue resolved.
