Change password recovery phone number
The recovery phone number on the account is set up with a former employees phone number, and I need to update it. How do I do that?

We would need to open a ticket to reset the phone number. I will open this on your behalf and ensure you are cc'd on it. This will allow you to receive updates via email and be able to provide the team any information they might need.
