Cancelling a Paid Invoice

Hello,

 

I have a client that was able to get a credit card refund without going through me. He has received his refund through Square, but I still have his invoice as paid in my Thryv account.

 

How do I cancel his invoice without issuing a refund again through Thryv?

  Thanks for your post Dan! While you can expect some delay time in Square's processing, the refund should reflect in Thryv as soon as it's processed in Square. We'll reach out to you directly to make sure this is working as it should.
