My campaigns were temporarily on hold
My campaigns were temporarily on hold due to flagged activity - bounce rate. I have scrubbed the client list to remove the bounced emails. When can I use the campaigns feature?

To have the campaigns unblocked, we would need to open a ticket to our dev team to have it manually cleared. Typically, our Thryv Support team can start this process for you at any time.
I went ahead and alerted our team that you are needing the error cleared and I am waiting on confirmation that it has been done. I will update you here once I have that confirmation.0 -
