  Upon checking, Google has suspended your profile. They will do this for any number of reasons, which they outline in this help article.
  
  Unfortunately, they don't always provide the actual reason in their communication and this is not something Thryv is able to look up for you. 
  
  In order to recover your profile from Google, you will need to fill out their reinstatement form.
