Question About Credit Card Processing Fees

Hi Thryv Support,

Could you please clarify what percentage is charged as a credit card processing fee when clients make payments through the system? Also, is there an additional surcharge applied on top of that fee?

Hi Fay,

The fee for processing a credit card is 2.9% + $.30 per transaction. No additional fees are applied unless you enabled a convenience fee or a surcharge in your ThryvPay settings.

My credit card has been stopped from my account, and I don't see any payments coming through my account from a while ago. Now, my client is trying to pay me with a credit card, and I don't want to create a big issue by letting it go into my bank account.
