Enable SEO meta Title and Description

In my website not adding SEO Meta Title and Meta Description.

I have able to add in main page not able to add in child page.

  Hey Dhiren,
  
  These pages are considered "anchor" pages. This means that they are not a true child page and when a user clicks on it, it just navigates them to a certain part of the Home page, rather than navigating to a whole new page. The SEO would only be applicable to the Home page in this scenario.
