Hi Jason,
To refresh your social media connections, you would need to navigate to Social>Settings (Gear icon)>Linked Accounts. Any platform that needs to be re-linked will be in red and there will be an option for Refresh Credentials. When you click that, you would just need to login to that social platform again using the admin account of your business page. I will also link our guide here for more detailed information.
